Nov-April Rates: $1,500.00

May-October: $1,700.00

Discounts: 

Book Midweek M-Th: 15% off 

Book for one week or longer: 10% off 

Friends of Avery Hotel Discount: 10% off for returning guests.

Local to the area? Call us for a special quote. 

*All rates are based on lodging of up to 25 guests and a 2 night minimum. The Avery Hotel and the entire premises are included in the cost. Individual rooms are not available for rent by multiple parties.

Cleaning Fee = $500.00

The Deposit is 1000.00 of the balance and is due upon booking.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Our Cancellation Policy

If a Guest wishes to cancel their reservation, the Deposit will be refunded as follows:

• 0% if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the Check-in Date if we can’t rebook. 
• 50% if cancelled between 14-30 days prior to the Check-in Date. If you rebook for another time, you will be fully refunded. 
• 100% if cancelled more than 30 days prior to Check-in-Date
• A $100.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Pets

We allow up to two dogs on the premises.
