Nov-April Rates: $1,400

May-October Rates: $1,600

Discounts: 

Book for one week or longer: 5% savings.

Friends of Avery Hotel Discount: 5% savings for returning guests.

*All rates are based on lodging of up to 23 guests per night and a 2 night minimum. The Avery Hotel and the entire premises are included in the cost. Individual rooms are not available for rent by multiple parties.

Cleaning Fee = $500.00

The Deposit is 1000.00 of the balance and is due upon booking.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Our Cancellation Policy

If a Guest wishes to cancel their reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

• 0% if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the Check-in Date. 
• 50% if cancelled between 14-30 days prior to the Check-in Date.
• 100% if cancelled more than 30 days prior to Check-in-Date minus a $100.00 processing fee.

Pets

We allow up to two dogs on the premises.
